My calendar will not show the appointments in the main screen, however, they do show in the side bar. I have tried a number of things but have not been able to make anything work. Do you have a filter set on the calendar? If it says filtered in the lower left, you have a filter on – resetting the view will remove it. Hi,. have the following problem with my Outlook on Windows 10 on my PC. 1. I set an appointment in Calendar view. Appointment is visible (as expected). The default permissions on the Calendar folder in Microsoft Outlook determine the level of free/busy information that\’s displayed to users. If this is the case, please go to View tab when you are in Mail view, click To-Do Bar and tick Calendar option. If I\’ve misunderstood something.
